    Personal Data<\/b><\/h3>

    “Personenbezogene Daten” gem. Art 4 Nr. 1 DSGVO sind alle Informationen, die sich auf eine identifizierte oder identifizierbare nat\u00fcrliche Person (im Folgenden \u201ebetroffene Person\u201c) beziehe.     (Data) Processing<\/b><\/h3>

    “Processing” pursuant to Art. 4 No. 2 GDPR means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. <\/span><\/p>
