1.3 Your Rights

You have the following rights:
  • According to Art. 15 GDPR, you have a right to information as to whether and which of your data is stored or processed by us or our contract partners.
  • According to Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the rectification of your data.
  • You have a right to erasure according to Art. 17 GDPR, as long as no legal obligations require further storage.
  • Furthermore, you can, for example, according to Art. 18 GDPR, restrict the processing of data, provided that the accuracy of the data is disputed, the data processing is unlawful, or you object to the processing according to Art. 21 GDPR.
  • Furthermore, according to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the data in a machine-readable format.
  • You can withdraw any consent you have given us in accordance with Art. 7 III GDPR. The withdrawal means that the data processing carried out up to the time of withdrawal is lawful.
  • You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
  • According to Art. 21 I GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f).

1.8 Deletion or Blocking of Personal Data

After the respective purpose ceases to exist or after the expiry of any retention periods, the data will be blocked or deleted in accordance with the legal provisions.

2.1 Website

Description of Data Processing

The purpose of data processing is the provision of our website.

Data Categories

When you visit the website, the following technical log data is collected:
  • Name of each accessed page, subpage, or file
  • Date, time
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Possible error messages during a failed access
  • Web browser, requesting domain, and IP address of the requesting computer
  • Additional information transmitted by the web browser of the requesting computer, such as operating system, screen resolution, Java support, etc.

The provision of the website is based on our own legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. f) GDPR.

Sharing of Data

2.2 Email Infrastructure

Description of Data Processing

The purpose of the processing is the sending and receiving of electronic messages (email).

Data Categories

In the course of the processing, your name, your email address, and all information provided by you will be processed.

Legal Basis

The data is processed in connection with an existing contractual relationship or for the initiation of a new contractual relationship. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 I lit. b) GDPR.

Sharing of Data

2.3 Calendly

Description of Data Processing

The purpose of the processing is the arrangement of telephone appointments.

Data Categories

In the course of the processing, your name, your email address, and your message are collected by Calendly and transmitted to us.

Legal Basis

The data is processed in connection with an existing contractual relationship or for the initiation of a new contractual relationship. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 I lit. b) GDPR.

Sharing of Data

The processed data is provided by you.

2.4 Video Conferencing Systems

Description of Data Processing

The purpose of the processing is the holding of video conferences.

Data Categories

In the course of the processing, video and audio recordings of you are processed.

The data is processed in connection with an existing contractual relationship or for the initiation of a new contractual relationship. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 I lit. b) GDPR.

2.5 Accounting

Purpose of Data Processing

We are legally obliged (§ 238 German Commercial Code [HGB]) to record all business-relevant events and to retain them in accordance with § 147 German Fiscal Code [AO] (or § 257 German Commercial Code [HGB]).

Data Processing

We must record, retain, and, in the case of audits, present your data (master data, address data, contact data, and data on the service).

Sharing of Data

In the case of official audits, public bodies (e.g., the tax authority) can inspect the data. In tax-related matters, we make use of the assistance of tax advisors if required. They can also view our accounting data.

The legal basis is Art. 6 I lit. c) GDPR in conjunction with the respective legal provisions (e.g., § 147 AO or § 257 HGB).

The purpose of the processing is the optimization of the website through the analysis of website usage.

Data Categories

Google uses cookies for analysis and processes information about your behavior (duration of stay, page views) on our website and the end device used for this (browser, IP address, operating system)..

The legal basis for data processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. a) GDPR.

Sharing of Data
